You’re invited to bring along a case study—a business or personal presentation that you want to improve. Be prepared to ruthlessly discard your favorite details and anything complex, elaborate or indirect. Using the fast and incisive methods of a top-level executive coach, Robert Burnside will guide participants in crafting a value message that will leave your customer (or employer, investor, colleague, etc.) in no doubt about the specific value that you, and you alone, can offer them. The session will be highly interactive. With their own examples as the starting point, participants will work in small groups to help each other, with coach input, find the meaning and craft the message that will most engage their audience.
