Join us on October 25 for an evening of fitness, good health, nutrition, and FUN! We will begin with some light jogging around the city center, starting from Hilton Nagoya at 6 p.m., followed by an invigorating shower at the Hilton Fitness Club to freshen up for the highlight of the evening: a delicious and nourishing dinner from 7:30 p.m.
We will enjoy our meal while listening to a short presentation on nutritional advice from the Hilton's Executive Chef, Chris Hori. Anyone not interested in running can instead join from 7:30 p.m. for the presentation and meal.
Bring your colleagues and enjoy an activity that will foster comradery and encourage healthy living! From the Business Committee reminding everyone that "health is wealth!"
