About the speaker:
Bruce Pomer founded Westgate Advisory Co., Ltd., in 2009 to assist in Japan-related domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Before establishing Westgate, Bruce accumulated 25 years of experience as an M&A banker while working at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Securities and Shinsei Bank.
Bruce is mainly involved in small- and medium-sized transactions (less than 100 million USD) across various industry segments, and has assisted in the sale of several businesses founded and built in Japan by foreigners.
