Event Overview
The ACCJ Chubu Chapter warmly invites you to join our team for a walk in support of HOPE International Development Agency, Japan's (HOPE-JP) work in developing countries. Here in Nagoya, clean drinkable water is only a few steps away. Yet around the world, millions have to walk an average of 7km each way per day to fetch unsafe water. On October 17th, Hilton Nagoya and HOPE-JP will be hosting a 7km charity walk from Hilton Nagoya to Nagoya castle and back to Hilton Nagoya. Registration will open from 17:30 at Hilton Nagoya, with the walk starting at 18:15. The route will take you to Nagoya Castle and back to Hilton Nagoya (7km in length). After the event, a BBQ hosted by Hilton Nagoya will be available from 20:00 to 21:00, and there will be a closing ceremony at approximately 21:00. If you are highly motivated, you can elect to make your walk more challenging - and better represent the people whose difficulties inspired the event - by carrying containers of recycled water on the walk. Participants will receive complementary
