Do you want to bring your company culture into the 21st century? Have you looked at your company’s rules of employment lately? Join us on December 7, 2017 to hear how one company – Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, Limited – started the long road to changing their culture by completing an overhaul of their Rules of Employment and thus creating higher levels of engagement. Lydia Dorman, Coca-Cola Asia Pacific HR Lead and outgoing Senior Vice President, Human Resources Japan, will take you from start to finish through that company's nearly 18-month journey. She will share some results and stories of how the changes in the Rules are making a difference. Bring your Company’s Rules of Employment and a red pen with you so you can start "marking up" where you might want to make changes – all in an effort to set your organization on a culture shift. If you have also recently been in edit mode with your Rules, please bring great ideas to share. All are welcome. As a special treat, Vicki Beyer, Professor of Law at Hitotsubashi University's Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, who aided Coca-Cola Japan in the initial re-write of their rules, will be on hand to share her thoughts on the process and answer questions. So that we can maximum time, lunch will be casual, and networking will continue following the workshop. This will be the HR Committee’s final session for 2017. We hope to see many of you on the 7th.
