Event Overview:
Zia Zaman, Chief Innovation Officer for MetLife Asia, and head of LumenLab, MetLife Innovation Centre in Singapore, will share his point of view on the significant trends that shape the orientation of Asian customers across all sectors, not just insurance. Zia believes much about the future is in fact certain, and agrees with William Gibson’s famous quote "The future is already here – it’s not evenly distributed yet." The eight vectors of change will be discussed in a highly interactive and thought-provoking session. These consumer trends look out at how the economy will change and how consumer expectations will demand change from brands to respond. Topics such as user experience, intelligence, blurring of categories, and holistic wellbeing will be addressed. The session is designed not to achieve consensus, but to provoke and inspire why we need to innovate. It offers a chance to gaze into the crystal ball and see not just what's changing, but what needs to be done today in order to best position ourselves for future success.
