Gallup is one of the world leaders in understanding the quality of workplaces around the world. This session will pull from multiple data sources, including their global database on engagement and other aspects of high-performance cultures, and then feature a deep look on the state of things just in Japan – including a recent R&D project that digs into the dimensions of workplace stress, and how it can be alleviated.
The session will cover:
- The state of the global workplace – across over 100 countries
- The state of the Japanese workplace within that global context
- What today’s workers demand that is different than in the past
- What the best do differently – the best practices of the most highly engaged and productive workplaces
- New insights on Japanese workplace stress, and what can be done to reduce it
