Event Overview: The business of healthcare is inefficient, expensive, and ripe for disruption. While true reform will require all the relevant parties-government, industry, and health care consumers themselves-to make major adjustments, new initiatives in digital health are setting the stage to bring healthcare practice into the 21st century kicking and screaming. "Digital Health" means superseding physical constraints like having an actual hospital by harnessing the power of mobile technology, making the act of taking your medicine less of a hassle, and peering into our very biological building blocks to wage war on the most rare diseases. From telemedicine to "better" big data, digital health has the power to disrupt the way we develop medicines and deliver care. To offer a preview of what a tech-optimized future might look like, on April 24 we invite Mr. Ryohei Goto, Partner, A.T. Kearney, to discuss some of the new digital health trends that are challenging the conventional approach to healthcare. Ryohei Goto's LinkedIn Profile (ENG) Ryohei Goto's A.T.
