In this interactive workshop, Dr. David Sweet will energize you with key selling elements from his newly released book, Sweet Sales. Along with a complimentary copy of the book, you will get the opportunity to dive into two of its most important teachings: first, reading a customer and second, negotiation. As most sales professionals know, it is the questions you ask and what you listen for that determines your ability to build rapport, persuade, and close a deal. Dr. Sweet is not only a trainer with decades of experience but he also runs a sales desk and manages his own sales team, so he understands the priorities of someone who hits the pavement and sells on a daily basis. This isn’t fluff or theory, but training that works in Japan or anywhere you might need to sell. Through lectures, video examples, and hands-on practice, participants will learn:
