Event Overview:
Through a story of passion and a commitment to innovation, Damian Hall, the president and CEO of Megane no Tanaka (Tanaka Optical Holding Company Ltd. & Tanaka Optical Chain Company Ltd.), will share his insights and experiences in overcoming the significant barriers to change in a traditional Japanese Company. As CEO of the 106 Year Old Eyewear Retailer with over 100 locations in Japan, Damian will outline how business model innovation, diversity, and a shift from products to services is re-inventing and helping his company deliver more sustainable growth for the next 100 years. With a professional history in consumer products and the retail industry, Damian worked at Procter & Gamble Japan as an Innovation Manager for more than 12 years before joining Megane no Tanaka.
