Event Overview: It is with great pleasure that we announce part II of the ACCJ Kansai’s "Art for Charity" event series, "The Art of Sake – Appreciating Art, Appreciating Sake," to be held at the 2nd floor Sakura Room of the InterContinental Osaka from 18:30 - 21:00 on Thursday, September 14, 2017. This event is held in support of Food Bank Kansai and the ACCJ Kansai Community Service Fund. 10% of the sales of "Art of Sake" items will be donated to Food Bank Kansai, in addition to a 2-kilogram donation of rice per attendee. Net revenue from the event registration fees will be donated to the ACCJ Kansai Community Service Fund for future charitable donations. At this event the winners of the Hakutaka Art Sake Competition (sake bottle art decorating contest) produced by KOA Production and judged by Hakutaka Co., Ltd. will be officially announced, and monetary prizes for the top 3 artists will be awarded. The event will introduce participants to the wonders of Japanese Sake and feature the 12 finalists and their profiles – decorated Hakutaka Sake bottles, paintings and limited edition artist prints (A/P signed and numbered). All items will be available for sale and by silent auction. Please register now. Participation on the day is limited to the first 100 people that apply. 1. Cost for 2 kilograms of rice to be donated to Food Bank Kansai. 2. 10% donation and discount on "Art of Sake" items purchased from September 14 to 30, 2017. 3. Tasting of Hakutaka sake. 4.
