3/14/2018 Japan's Use of Medicines: A Perspective on an Evolving Market and outlook to 2022Read Now
Although now ranked as the 3rd largest market globally, Japan remains the 2nd largest market for brands, specialty, and innovation - and as such remains a strategic market for investment for many companies. However, overall performance in the last few years has been challenging for some and rewarding for others, with pockets of growth still available for pharma companies with the right focus – namely in specialty/biologics, innovation, and elderly-related therapy areas to name a few. Underlying these areas of growth is added pressure on healthcare spend and funding, and related MHLW policy changes and initiatives in recent years to manage this spend and establish a new direction for the market.
Join us to discuss these and other issues impacting the market today and in the coming years. If you are in the healthcare industry, this event is a must.
