About the Speaker Harvey Chen is a practicing US patent attorney who focuses on all aspects of IP matters. His emphasis is on patent procurement, strategic planning and counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigation support for electrical and mechanical arts. As a partner in intellectual property at Seattle-based international law firm Perkins Coie LLP, Chen will share his experience gained through dealing with IP in Silicon Valley and how what he has learned may be applied to your business here in Japan.
