Event Overview:
Come hear about the latest global trends and best practices in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) from the people that know it best. We are pleased to invite Ms. Deborah Gillis and Ms. Tsukiko Tsukahara from Catalyst, a nonprofit organization that promotes inclusive workplaces for women, to speak about what's going on in the area worldwide, as well as perceived unique challenges in Japanese organizations. This session will help you consider practical next steps and actions, including the top five exclusive behaviors and five corresponding inclusive solutions, that can be taken to further promote D&I in your organization. Catalyst is a nonprofit organization that aims to expand opportunities for women and business globally.
