Event Overview:
Sustainability performance data can be used in value creation, growth, and reporting to strengthen organizational capability and inform the capital markets in a more holistic, forward-looking manner. At this event, two industry leaders will speak about the global use of sustainability performance data and its importance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. First, Zenichiro Ishibashi, an IMA Global Board of Directors member and Professor at Tohoku University International Graduate School of Accounting Policy, will speak from the perspective of IMA’s global best practices. Then, Ryo Yanagi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eisai Co., Ltd., will present a case study of how Eisai practices ESG disclosures.
