SEMINAR OVERVIEW: Today, people are no longer motivated to work by salary alone. Given this fact, tomorrow's leaders and CEOs must strive to establish a strong company culture that incentivizes all employees to achieve the same goal and is able to connect with them emotionally. Kenshin Fujiwara will share his key insights and lessons learned from his 15 years of entrepreneurship. Our Speaker: Kenshin Fujiwara has 15 years of experience with technology companies, from working on PlayStation development for Sony Computer Entertainment to start-ups involving the Israeli Military. He has co-founded numerous start-ups, with two successful exits. The first was acquired by a publicly owned Japanese firm and the second was sold to an American company. In addition to co-founding Makers Boot Camp, a start-up specializing in IoT hardware, he is currently the CEO of Haracus, an AI start-up based in Kyoto.
