Please join us in welcoming U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissioner Hester Peirce. The Commissioner’s visit to Japan coincides with Japan’s G20 Presidency through which market fragmentation has been made a key focus. On August 7, Commissioner Peirce will share recent SEC initiatives to address this issue as well as other insights on the global financial regulatory framework. Topics will include:

This event will include adequate time for your questions and comments on SEC initiatives and how the U.S. market is perceived abroad.
