Event Overview:
What are the keys to a successful business within a highly competitive industry? For small businesses and entrepreneurs, teamwork and innovation are the foremost factors that transform start-ups into successful corporations. An innovative team drives a number of successes within a business, including better brainstorming and management, the development of specialized products and services that appeal to a wide audience, and diverse ideas for a technology-driven future. However, a range of challenges, including time constraints, interpersonal communication gaps, and strict demands and guidelines, can stunt innovation within businesses. These challenges can lead to as a series of ‘micro failures’ rather than success. At this event, Conrad Heraud of Heraud Associates will address key elements in creating innovative teams, along with how improved communication among team members can lead to financial gains, logistic ease, and excellent client satisfaction. The event will be followed by networking over drinks and dinner (not included in the event cost). About the Speaker: Conrad Heraud is the president of Heraud Associates, and is an internationally prominent specialist in innovative thinking. Heraud graduated with a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, and has earned world-wide attention with continued research in Innovative Thinking in Japan.
