Yosuke Yagi has vast experience leading change and transformation in Japanese and foreign companies and he is one of the most recognized figures in the field of HR in Japan.
After a distinguished 13 year career at GE he was invited by Mr. Fujimori, the ex-CEO of LIXIL to join the leadership team. Mr.Yagi was responsible for a highly innovative and extremely successful transformation programs which enabled the company to grow to become a US$14 Billion global organization with offices and companies around the world. Part of this success was down to his highly strategic HR initiatives which focused on leadership and creating a culture around ‘One LIXIL’ combined with his personal passion and belief that successful change in an organization is down to individual engagement and leadership.
