Event Overview:
In 2016, CBRE Global Research Team coordinated a global Millennial survey. CBRE will present their findings and how this would impact the real estate globally and here in Japan. The Millennials, particularly those in their 20’s, account for the largest share of the current working population in the APAC region at 25%, and will be the major business decision makers in next 10 years. They were born and raised in an era of global uncertainty and the beginning of technological disruptions, and as such, it would not be an overstatement to say that it is crucial to understand their thinking on how they live, play, and work, in assessing how our future might look. CBRE will share the results of their survey with particular focus on Japan, and how this may impact corporate real estate strategies.
