The ACCJ Women in Business Committee is pleased to welcome Noriko Morikawa, former Executive Vice President and Director of Bosch Corporation in Japan, to talk about her career journey and varied experience having worked for Japanese, American and German companies. Ms. Morikawa was a trailblazer for gender diversity, working in an environment with few women leaders in her early career. She will share her challenges as a Japanese female executive, the turning points in her career, and her unique insights for those looking to propel their careers, especially in international workplaces and in male-dominated industries.
