Event Overview:
Fariza Abidova is a female entrepreneur, who started her first company when she was 24. She launched her second company Trusted Corporation in 2016. However, building these companies was not always an easy journey. How do you start a business in a foreign country? How do you engage to grow a successful business? Born in Uzbekistan, Fariza came to Japan on a MEXT scholarship to conduct research on cross-cultural communication and international relations at Kobe University. Following her passion for cross-cultural communication, Fariza established SOPHYS Corporation, a global human resource development and human resource system consulting company, to help Japanese companies perform better in the global business environment. This passion, and her extensive knowledge of the Japanese business environment and international markets has inspired Fariza to develop her second company, an online platform and search engine that helps connect businesses internationally, for collaboration opportunities. Whether you are an entrepreneur, or thinking of starting up your own business, this session will be meaningful. Fariza will share her entrepreneurial experiences: time management, setting and achieving goals and beyond, effective community building, keeping a strong and resilient mind, and overcoming obstacles. No matter what your background may be, Fariza strongly believes that you can achieve your goals and attain your definition of success. So come prepared with an open mind, questions, and a willingness to take action! For more information on the speaker, please click here.
