Successful negotiation is a critical skill. Organizations rely on to effective negotiations to make beneficial business deals and drive growth. However, surveys indicate that 80% of executives leave value on the table during negotiations. Many executives find negotiating stressful or do not prepare effectively to use negotiations to their competitive advantage.
This interactive workshop will showcase techniques to better prepare for, participate in, and improve business negotiations through the Negotiation Canvas. Developed by Professor Pablo Restrepo, this method will help you become a better negotiator and maximize value, improve communications, plan more effectively, and ultimately strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
The presenter is Philip O'Neill, longtime ACCJ member and business owner, and Senior Consultant with Aluna Catalyst, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in negotiation training and implementation, business strategy, and business development and succession planning.
