8/29/2018 Authentic leadership and its impact on the organization, employees, and customersRead Now
Event Overview:
We are pleased to host Alison Espley, managing director of Japan and Pacific Sales for United Airlines and ACCJ Governor Tokyo. For the past three years, Ms. Espley has been based in Japan and responsible for sales in Japan, Guam, Southeast Asia, and Australasia. At this event, she will talk about the importance of authenticity in leadership and what it means to her. Through the lens of more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, she will examine the benefits to the organization, its employees and customers, and look at the potential risks. In addition, Ms. Espley will provide an overview of the major challenges and trends in the commercial airline industry, highlighting some of the factors driving the future of global aviation and how US airlines—including United—are responding. Please join us to learn why authentic leadership is more important than ever and why it is particularly valuable in Japan.
