Event Overview:
ACCJ Kansai is pleased to invite you to the Kansai Women in Business (WIB) Summit - Driving Diversity through Organizational Culture Change. Join us at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka on June 29th for a half day of inspiring speakers, panel discussions and workshops on the crucial topic of the business case for changing organizational culture to support diversity and inclusion. This event is in response to our successful inaugural summit last year, as well as the Nagoya and Tokyo summits (attended by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and U.S. Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy), and follows the call of Prime Minister Abe who has made gender diversity a top issue. The event will highlight thoughts from leaders across diverse sectors, and anyone from senior executives to interested community members is welcome to attend. Men are especially encouraged to participate, as the task of creating an inclusive organizational culture belongs to us all. Be a part of this engaging forum to discuss solutions required to strengthen gender equality, diversity & inclusion, and positively impact the Kansai region.
