Join us for the second annual joint event co-hosted by The American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and The American School in Japan.
Event Overview: How will we inspire a new generation of technological innovators? Tokyo leaders in technology will talk about how their passion for technology and innovation guided them throughout their careers. Denise R. Rutherford, Ph.D., will talk about her path to president of 3M Japan Limited. Eugene Saburi, president of Adobe Japan, will share his experiences as an international school alumnus and IT professional. In addition, Dan Tani, faculty member at The American School in Japan (ASIJ), will talk about his career as an astronaut with NASA and his work bringing real-world applications of technology to instruction at ASIJ. William Zhang, a senior at ASIJ, will discuss his journey into robotics and computer science and how he became involved in research. Other students from ASIJ will be in attendance to share their work in the areas of information, communications, and technology, as well as network with and gain inspiration from members of the ACCJ community.
